We are going to try something new. A short story critique workshop we’re planning for July. The idea runs as follows:

Members are invited to submit a story of 1,500-2000 words to Michael Round (Convenor). The stories SHOULD be submitted on line in WORD format and sent as an attachment to an email.  Members not on line may submit hard copy. Michael will collate the entries and create a booklet on line for those who have sent entries. The small number who may send in hard copy will receive their booklet by post. Members who have sent in material will be invited to be part of the critique group which will meet at the Civil Service Club in London. Those who cannot attend may send in their comments to Michael. Those present will receive direct critique on the spot. Those who submit stories but can not attend will receive a written critique following the workshop. Any topic will be accepted, but for those who want an idea, or start point GONE TO GLORY is your prompt.
